J&E is one of the worst property management companies in Cedar City. We moved out of an apartment that we were renting from them. Cleaned the apartment top to bottom had a professional cleaner go through the entire kitchen (have time stamped and dated pictures of the clean apartment). We were then told by the apartment company we were applying to that J&E said we didn't clean the apartment that we never had renters insurance ( we have documented pictures of valid renters insurance) also said we never told them we had a dog (we filled out the proper pet screening and were approved, one of the people working at J&E knew our dog and that we had one and said "how sweet and well behaved she was"). The list goes on! Bottom line do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH J&E and if you do, document EVERYTHING between you and them!

We've rented from J & E for the past 3 years, and overall, it's been a great experience. Most of the issues we've encountered have been handled promptly and efficiently. Recently, our experience has been especially outstanding—they’ve treated us with professionalism, kindness, and respect. It's a relief to rent from people we genuinely trust. If you're looking for an incredible rental company, you've found them!

We didn’t up finding something we wanted through them but they were so friendly! Maya was fantastic. She was very accommodating and super knowledgeable of the properties she showed us. She even came in after hours to work around our schedule. Hopefully we can work with them in the future!
