As a traveling customer living out of state, I found myself in an unexpectedly stressful situation when my RR HSE refused to start. I was overwhelmed, not only with the issue at hand but with the logistics of needing to get it fixed while being far from home. From the moment I reached out to Heather, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and supported. Her kindness and patience were evident from our first conversation, and she immediately took control of the situation, providing clear guidance and options for getting my car repaired. I called Land Rover Manhattan about a 2022 Range Rover Sport that they had taken in trade. I was connected with my salesperson James Zaku who could not have been more helpful. After he answered all my questions I decided to have him hold the vehicle with a deposit until I could driven there from CT two day later. When I got there, the vehicle was as good, if not better than I hoped for. James and his service manager spent 30 minutes with me going over the vehicle thoroughly and answering all my questions. We then went out for a test drive which continued to impress me with this supercharged SUV. We did some paperwork and agreed I’d be back in two days to pick up my Range Rover Sport. When I arrived two days later the my new SUV was perfectly detailed and ready to go. James spent time going over all operations of the vehicle, the Certified Pre-owned Warranty and the purchase paperwork. I left with a full tank of gas for my drive home to CT. I highly recommend Land Rover of Manhattan and my salesperson James Zaku.

I'm not one to write a review, But I really want everyone to know this location is the only one anyone should go to if I can give 10+ stars I would. I come from Brooklyn and if I lived elsewhere I would make the drive just to have my car and whatever need just to service my vehicle here. I would like to first start with my vehicle tech Slav I have never meet such a professional hands on vehicle tech that takes the ultimate car of your vehicle while he is working on it and looks fully in every corner under every part of the car. And makes sure everything is fixed and taken care of before giving your car back. This man Slav deserves a medal. Thank you Slav, I wont stop there Heather thank you for being my adviser and listening to all my complaints and silly noises I make to help you explain to Slav my vehicle problems. I have never meet such a professional adviser as you, usually I would either get laughed at or wouldn't get anything I need done. Nope not here everything and more was taken care of thank you for that. Last but not least I hope I get the name right Shelly the loaner coordinator hands down this lady always makes sure her customers are happy she always tries her very best to accommodate and I must say I have been extremely happy with her always always making me happy never disappointed. I don't know who the owner is but these 3 deserve some kind of a gift or Medal of Honor, 100% professional serves here. And if anyone still has any doubts if they should or shouldn't come to this place your answer SHOULD DEF BE HERE, specially if your car means as much to you as my car means to me.
