I have been using this pharmacy for a few years and service and timeliness has gone down significantly in the past year. I was advised to pick up my prescription the day after I ordered it (Wednesday). I attended and it was not ready on Thursday and to come back Monday but that they would call me when it was ready. No call was received. I attended on Wednesday and again it was not ready. I understand things happen but I was out of my medication for an additional week due to their delays. I was served by Chelsea who acted as though it was an inconvenience to do her job. The dispensing fee is now $12.99, for what? Bad service? Take your business elsewhere as I will be.

I’ve tried contacting the compounding department several times throughout the past two weeks, at different times. I have no luck talking to anyone and the person I do reach, has no idea about the department, when they’ll return, what days/times they work. There’s zero help to get my prescription filled in a timely manner. I absolutely would not recommend to anyone.

As someone who has medications without which I will literally die, it is of paramount importance to me that I have a pharmacy I truly trust. Janzen's is that pharmacy. Every time I've been in a crisis, or just thought I was, every member of Janzen's staff has responded with professionalism and genuine care and concern. Without fail, both at the Bay St and Westfort locations, they have done whatever was needed to resolve the issue and be certain that I have what I need. I rarely have the words to express my gratitude, but please consider this my best effort. Thank you.

Been with these guys for years and they continuously mess up confuse me on medication dates, keep me waiting on the phone forever. They don't deliver to me on the day because the day prior they don't put it in the computer. It's extremely frustrating on the customers side of things. But very friendly lol
