Moved to town in August. Tried to make a half dozen appointments with different property management and landlords. Jars of Clay was the only one to not ghost or cancel on me. Paying rent is convenient and they were extremely responsive to issues (one issue, closet door) that needed attention. 11/10 would recommend!

I wish I can give negative stars!!! It's been almost 2 months. Still waiting for response, back about my security deposit? Waiting for the invoices or some sort of receipts! Lisa!!! Show me proof, "of what you guys supposedly did" do yourself a favor! Don't rent from the slum lords. Unless you guys like moldy, old apartments? I can continue on and on about how bad they are! You're a terrible management company! Hope you guys get what you deserve. I will not take this post down! If anybody wants proof? Just visit the, Park Avenue apartments. Behind the shell gas station. How many residents do you have living in those apartments? By the way.

Lisa with Jars of clay is a good property management. She managed one of my property. I switched with Lisa because the other property management i had was not working out she was not managing the property correctly. With Lisa i did not experience this situation she was able to evict tenant that were not paying on time. I do recommend Lisa as a property management. She knows how to do her job.

We vacated our rental with confidence that Jars of Clay would recognize the careful maintenance and small improvements of the property, mostly landscaping and deep cleaning, that took place when we were there. Instead they charged us an unwarranted cleaning fee and added additional charges for what they called Minor touch up. We left that place much better than we found it. I feel violated and do not recommend them as a property management company.
