Just did a remortgage with John Charcol (with Sarah Teff and Alexa West) and very happy with it. Sarah had done my first mortgage 2 years ago and I was very impressed with how efficient she is (she is on top of everything and really gets the job done!), so when they contacted me to ask if I wanted them to do my remortgage I was very happy to let them do it. They got me a new lower interest rate so I am now paying less and I didn't have to do any paperwork, they took care of everything. It was all very smooth and easy. Definitely recommend.
