Great time and excellent customer service skills! Knowing we would have been traveling all day just to get to Bar Harbor from Dallas we decided to book a massage for shortly after we arrived, to start off our vacation as relaxed as possible. Unfortunately when I booked our appointment I put it in our calendar in central time. Thankfully the spa called us to check on us and we were able to run over. The staff was awesome and very understanding and when it came to the massage I'll just say, I have never fallen asleep on a massage table before. This time I did. Would definitely go here again given the chance.
