Acertab 2017Never did I think this shop would be so dishonest. This shop had been referred to me by several friends as an honest, hardworking shop and I was sorely disappointed. They did a bad oil change and never secured the engine oil fill cap which nearly cost me my engine and wouldn’t even pay for the full cost of the oil! I had to go to another shop just to fix what they did wrong! They refused to admit their mistake and used backhand tactics to avoid any responsibility. If I could give this shop a 0/5 I would. If you value your car then don’t go to this shop.

Cheyenne VincentEDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER: We did not take it to any mechanic prior to bringing it to Sarks. I did not call Kia until after your business tried to overcharge me by $300+. Replacing the bulbs at Kia did not involve removing the front of the car and I apologize that your techs didn't know that. The receptionist even told us what app they were using to figure out how to do the job, and that the labor hours suggested by this app were always more than necessary. You can lie to the public and to Google, but you will not lie to me. Your lack of professionalism and expertise is very clear in your other responses to unhappy customers. Lastly, I am not your dear. I called Sarks' needing my headlight bulbs changed after a recommendation from my father. I arrived with the bulbs in hand and I called ahead of time to make sure they were able. After I spent 30 minutes watching a mechanic scroll his phone to figure out how to change a lightbulb, I was informed that to change my bulbs, they would need to remove the front end of my car? I was quoted for FOUR HOURS of labor, and a price tag of $450. Did I mention I supplied the parts? I laughed out loud and told them to give me my keys. I called Kia of Greenville and they got me in the same day. They charged me $75 and it took 90 minutes from arrival, to processing payment. There are absolutely NO excuses for a price difference that drastic other than bad business and blatantly ripping people off. Bottom line: take your vehicle somewhere else.
Ashley LoebI was going to Sarks for about a year and really thought they were taking good care of my car. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They will charge you for issues they caused, perform rushed work, and leave your car unsafe to drive without ever communicating there may be an issue. I wouldn’t even recommend going for a tire rotation.
