Shaun WagnerThe staff is nice. I had an obvious problem. The alternator on my car died. They verified that it was the alternator the day after I dropped it off and quickly replaced it. All service was good. No complaints about the people, location, or end result. The only problem is the cost of parts. They replaced my broken alternator with a refurbished aftermarket alternator. The charge for the part was more than the cost of a new OEM alternator. Further, I could easily purchase the exact refurbished alternator online for a fraction the price they charged. Even the bolt they replaced was marked up 5x what it costs to purchase the same bolt from any supply store. Looking at each part, the markup is 300% to 500%. I agree that they should have a markup, but I feel it should be closer to 30%.
