kyle mckeeOn the advice of a friend, I brought my vehicle to this establishment for some diagnostic and repair work. After I had stated my issues and I explained that I had an extended warranty service, the owner stated to leave the vehicle and he would get to it in a bit (I had made an online appointment prior to arriving). The two issues at hand were air conditioning and a possible tune up. This establishment kept my vehicle from 8:30am until 5pm. At 5pm the owner notified me (if I could leave my vehicle over the weekend). I couldn't do to my work schedule. I conveyed this to the owner and he stated that I could come by pick up my vehicle and we could set an appointment when it was convenient. I arrived at his shop to pick up my vehicle and their was no key to my vehicle left inside. Apparently the owner kept the key until I had paid $80 for a diagnostic for the vehicle. To say this whole ordeal was unprofessional is an understatement. The owner knew I was coming in at 8am ( we exchanged emails back and forth), I made an appointment. Then to keep my vehicle for the whole entire day and then ask me if it would be alright to keep it over the weekend is ridiculous at best. I will not be returning for any type of service to this establishment.

Very simple fix and they were totally honest and did not try to sell me parts I did not need. From this day forward they have my business. Also, the fee for the service was just extremely reasonable.***** This is the to go to auto repair shop.
