So far my experience at Kading Twin Eagles East has been good. Move in was nice and easy. The landscaping is nice compared to others. When I’ve contacted maintenance for minor issues they have responded quickly. The maintenance guy is very nice and polite. Any questions I have had have been answered promptly. It would be nice if the kitchens had more counter space and cupboards. My biggest issue is I wish they had property cameras for safety reasons and to catch and enforce pet clean up. I don’t really like having to clean up or step in it.

I've been a kidding tenant for three and a half years. They have kept the community clean, do weekly landscaping, seasonal snow removal and generally just leave you alone unless you need them. They always answer the office phone promptly and professionally, and have been responsive to any maintenance request as soon as the same day. Rent is very reasonable, and they didn't even increase my rent for the first two years. Low rent in a three-bedroom with attached garage is a huge bonus.
