Katana Elite R&C Sevices were absolutely amazing. I needed to pick up a bed that I had bought off facebook marketplace, although I don't have a pickup truck to fit this bed. I contacted them yesterday morning and Told them that I needed to pick the bed up at 8 pm. He accommodated me and reassured me that he'd be there by 7:45 pm as I needed to be picked up to pay the lady. Needless to say, he exceeded customer service professionalism and showed that movers can be an honest business. Let me tell you we hear about moving scams all the time and I was worried since I contacted him on facebook, But let me tell you he Reassured he'd be be there and stayed in contact. This is honestly a great company and I would absolutely recommend. By the way this is a real review

What stood out most was being “cost-efficient”in comparison to the big bucks quoted by other so-called famous businesses; plus they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it and even helped with a few extra requests without hesitation. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this one. Kanata made my move so much easier than I expected. The crew showed up on time, were super friendly, and handled my stuff like it was their own. No damages, just a smooth, quick move. They even helped set up a few things without me asking I was dreading moving day, but they turned it into a really positive experience. Highly recommend them if you want movers who actually care.
