Dr. O and his entire team are truly outstanding! We are so grateful for the care and support we’ve received here. When our poor doggie experienced a severe allergic reaction, Dr. O was able to see us right away, and the consultation was quick, efficient, and reassuring. They are always punctual for appointments, which we greatly appreciate. Beyond being highly professional, the whole team is compassionate, attentive, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring both pets and owners feel comfortable. Their genuine care and dedication go above and beyond. We always feel confident knowing our dog is in such capable hands. I cannot recommend Dr. O and his team enough!

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. I completely forgot to pick up my cat Tom’s sedation medication that needs to be given a few hours before his cardiology appointment at a different clinic, and it was a really important one (a $260 cancellation fee if we had to miss it). I emailed them early in the morning, before they were even open, and both the receptionist and the vet reached out, they emailed me back and called me right away. They open at 8, and they were already at the clinic by 7:30 telling me to come by and grab the meds. This isn’t the first time they’ve gone above and beyond, they’ve even responded to my emails on weekends when they’re closed, just to help me get pet food. They genuinely care and always go out of their way to help, even when they don’t have to. It’s rare to find a team that’s this dedicated and compassionate. Tom, Charles, and I are so lucky to have them! 🐾

Very happy to have connected with this clinic! My dog, Oreo, is very timid and can be very reactionary in new places and around new people. The clinic has been kind enough to allow Oreo and I to go in, spend a little time just sitting in the waiting room, and she has met some of the wonderful people who work there. Today was our first 'visit'. The people were all so respectful of her, and knew the proper way to approach her and let her come to them. It was a terrific visit. Another one of these and then we shall do a real visit for an exam. Thank you to Dr. O and everyone there for being so great to my girl!

I had an outstanding experience at Kanata Lakes Animal Clinic! My dog recently underwent dental surgery. The care we received was exceptional from start to finish. The lead veterinarian was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate about areas of concern, and was clear about the necessary steps to take to ensure a hopeful, positive outcome. The clarity helped put me at ease. The surgery was a complete success, and my dog is now happier and healthier than ever. The clinic’s secretary, April, was great. She was friendly, organized, and made the entire process smooth. As the first entry person of contact through the veterinarian, it was comforting to speak with people who cared from the first person through to the next and so on. In general, the clinic is clean and welcoming. I’m so grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend them to any pet owner looking for top-notch veterinary care. It is wonderful to my beautiful dog back home and doing so well 😊Dogs are like family, and I truly appreciate the care Maverick had and the clear feedback and outcome that occurred.
