Truly the BEST gym in Windsor. Local family owned by a legend in bodybuilding and some of the nicest people. Wife and I go here multiples times a week for years and it is kind of a hidden gem it has everything you need for an incredible workout and more and it’s half as busy as the other gyms in windsor so you are never waiting on machines or bothered by large masses of teenagers etc that other gyms may suffer from. To top it all off the price is just as affordable as the Fit4less/ Crunch type gyms but has more to offer. Highly recommend as you feel like you’re family here whether you are new to working out or an experienced vet this place is for you. Frank and team are the best!

Easily the best gym in Windsor! The staff are so welcoming and truly make the gym feel like family. The machines are never broken, upholstery is crack-free, and everything is clean and not smelly! This gym has everything to offer and more as compared to the big brand name ones in Windsor. Cannot recommend Performance enough!

Austin did such an amazing job. He checked every spot I was having an issue with. Almost forgot where I was a few times I was so relaxed. Very happy with the service. Richard is my chiropractor & hands down the best time of the month. I can’t recommend him enough , always has me feeling brand new.
