I purchased this home gym from Johnson fitness and wellness. They use Seko Logistics to do all their home deliveries and setup. However Seko didn’t have anyone around to do a home delivery and setup for me. They reached out to Kingsway to see if they would. Neal from Kingsway reached out to me to let me know they would be doing the delivery and setup. He was extremely professional and kept in touch with me every step of the way. He even let me know they don’t usually do setups on gyms like this. However he was a man of his word and he stayed to set it up for me as long as it took. He has even checked in with me several times to make sure the equipment was setup right and to my liking. I cannot say enough good things about him and his company! If you ever have any delivery and setup needs please reach out to them! Amazing company with amazing employees that stand by their word!

Just received our new Saatva mattress and box spring set delivered by Kingsway. The process could not have been better. Xavier called to alert me when they were 15 minutes away, giving me time to secure my pets. They arrived and after I showed them the options for entry and egress, had the old mattress and box springs out and the new ones in and set up in 10 minutes. Very efficient, neat, and nice people. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

This team was excellent and super fast installing our new Saatva mattresses and adjustable bed frames. They were also very kind and explained how to use the remote to operate the bed. They toon the time to make sure the bed was placed in exactly the right spot with area rug underneath. Highly recommend!

I was informed when my delivery was going to arrive. On the day, I was informed when they were 30 minutes away, which gave me time to contain my dog. They turned up looked at the stairs and said they were not a problem. They had the old mattress downstairs and in the van in 5 mins and 5 minutes later the new mattress was upstairs and in place. The two men were very nice and polite, and they listened to my suggestions, which helped them. A job well done!!! Thank you!!
