Delivery and pick-up of storage trailer and relo cube is prompt. In fact, our storage units arrived earlier than their estimated schedule which was great! Saina ShjI went with this company because it was more cost efficient than Pods. There are a couple of things to be mindful o when getting service from them: 1. They don't directly handle shipping. That part is handled by ABF Freight and I had the worst experience with them. The worst customer service team. Extremely rude and insulting. The lady I spoke with on them phone kept making snidey remarks and the manager as no better. 2. They are not clear about their policies when you start your contract with them. I assumed I had be informed about everything through the phone because that's how it worked with Pods, but that was not the case at all. READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY. They are not going to be transparent about the simplest things such as payment, parking permit, etc. That to me only indicates lack of responsibility. All these made my experience with them very nerve racking. I wouldn't get service from them if I could go back
