Aspen Dental canceled on me three times and the last time, they didn’t even notify me. I ended up going to Konza as a walk-in, and they saw me right away. To my surprise, the dentist there was incredibly patient honestly the best I’ve ever been to. I was nervous about trying Konza, but I’m really glad I did.

great job Dr. Heir and Amaya(assistant), They both do a great job. They resolved any questions I had. If you're anxious or nervous, you won't feel anything with them. They helped me get my smile back, and again, they did a great job.

All I want to know is did something happen at Konza in JC on the Dental Side?? When I get my teeth cleaned I usually see Brenda but when I went in today I saw someone totally different. Brenda could have been busy or maybe on vacation. However I didn’t recognize any of the front desk workers. Weird vibe in there to. Js But my service was good.

Dr. Heit will not listen to you. He will interrupt you and not let you explain what your problem is. I left crying, frustrated, and still no answer. It was the single worst experience I’ve had at a dental office. Edit: I went to another office where the assistant called Konza to fax over my X-rays and they hung up on the assistant and they had to retake my X-rays.
