I started training with Coach Chris in 2022, having no real knowledge of what I was doing in the gym on my own. Over the past few years, Chris has taught me how to properly warm up, recover, and strength train safely without causing injury. He’s pushed me positively when I wanted to give up and shown me that I can lift much more than I thought possible. Now, I’m so much more confident in the gym and continue to challenge myself. My fitness journey likely would have ended long ago if I hadn’t invested in a knowledgeable and kind coach like Chris!

I was with Kore for almost a year and saw amazing results! Chris is a great trainer who knows how to tailor the workouts to best fit the results you are trying to achieve. You are never doing the same routines. On a week to week basis, he is changing it up to keep you interested. He kept me on track and was constantly motivating me to push harder! I would recommend Chris to anyone who is looking for any type of personal training services

I have been going to the gym for a few years now and was not hitting my goals. I was nervous and hesitant to seek out a coach/trainer as I didn't understand the process. I cannot say enough how happy I am that I met Chris. In only 7 weeks I have hit new levels (including touching my toes) in fitness, my diabetes medications are reduced, and I look and feel amazing! It's hard work but Chris has made it fun, enjoyable and attainable. My only regret is that I didn't pull the trigger sooner...thank you for helping me reach/exceed all of my goals Coach!
