I had a really excellent experience at this garage and I’m genuinely very grateful to the team here. I came in because the wheel nut cap on my tyre was completely stuck and I simply couldn’t remove it. I had already asked a couple of other garages, but their answers were quite vague and they didn’t seem confident in resolving the issue. It left me feeling quite frustrated and unsure what to do. However, the staff here were absolutely brilliant. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. Within about five minutes, they had removed the wheel properly and sorted everything out without any fuss. It was such a relief. What impressed me most was not just how quickly they solved the problem, but how knowledgeable and reassuring they were throughout. It really gave me a lot of confidence and trust in both the team and the brand. I would very strongly recommend this garage to anyone who needs repair or maintenance services. My wife brought in her car as her AC stopped working and George the assistant manager was very helpful and was able to sort this out in no time. Was very polite and well mannered. Getting the job done. Can't fault this guy enough for doing this at short notice would highly recommend coming here again 10/10 experience. Thanks again :)

I had a really positive experience at Kwik Fit today. I spoke to Lewis in the morning about an issue and he said to bring the car in. When I arrived, he looked at it straight away and explained that it was a small issue involving a part that just needed discarding. He also checked my oil levels while I was there. I appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell or overcomplicate anything, and he didn’t charge me at all. Efficient, honest service and very reassuring. I would definitely use this branch again.
