Horrible customer service. Went to the store yesterday and brought an item and wanted to return it since it didn’t feel comfortable for me. So I went in today and tried to return it just to get told that since you wore it for 10- 20 mins already you can not return it. I understand the policy but hear the catch, When I bought the item, the cashier said that I can return it within 30 days and did NOT mention that you can only return it if it not worn. Again I understand the policy and I agree but the fact is they don’t say the rules when purchasing and we end up with an item that we not gonna use. Be more straightforward with the return policy please.

I called the Ajax location, it was my wife's birthday, the store manager picked up, she was absolutely fabulous on the phone, patient and attentive to my request, upon arrival she personally attended to my somewhat confusing request, she figured out exactly what I was looking for a couple choices and a few minutes later I had the items. At the birthday party I told our guests, the husband's are going to be customers at that location thank you

Bad customer service!! Will not be shopping here again. Pretty sure it was the manager of the store was cold and rude when she noticed I wanted to return a top (seems to be the same one from other reviews I’ve read). At first another girl tried getting me to buy another shirt instead, but went on to start processing my return. then what seems to be the manager of the store who was cold when I first came in, bumped in and said no she doesn’t get a return if she doesn’t have the printed receipt then walked away rudely. I had a picture of the receipt, with the same card I used to make the purchase just a week ago. They were not willing to help me out at all, and truly felt the entire encounter was very unpleasant. Luckily I later found the receipt and will be returning it. However the encounter was just unpleasant and I will not be shopping at this location again.

The experience I had days ago going to this location is that they didn't leave me alone!!! Everywhere I turned " do you need help"? I mean 7 times at least in a separate of 10 minutes me looking for a swimwear, they made me feel so uncomfortable asking me if I needed help all the time. Asking first time it is fine, but then let the customer browse things around! So annoying!
