Customer experiences
Very bad customer service. I went to this store on Oct 09,2025 around 1:00pm with my mom. I asked about senior discount and how does it work. The lady at the counter was soo rude. She could have told me their terms and conditions about the discount but she asked show me physical ID of your mom if she is not 65 or more then there is no discount. I said okayyyy….. many stores give discount to 50 years and above and others don’t.. that’s fine… But the way she was responding to me… zero customer service skills.. she never greets when I entered the store. Never asked if I need help with anything. Just because of her rude behaviour, I left whatever I selected to buy. Never going back to this store.
Worst experience ever. I tried to exchange an item with my transaction receipt, but they refused to accept it because I didn’t have the printed store receipt. What’s the point of taking my email every time I shop if they never send purchase receipts—only spammy promotional offers? This policy is ridiculous and feels like a way to avoid helping customers. If I could give a minus review here, I’d be happy to give minus 10 stars. Totally unprofessional. I won’t be shopping here again.
I visited the store today and it was an awful experience. My daughter asked if the employee could help her locate a red shirt that was displayed. They pointed in the direction that it was, and she still couldn’t find it. No one actually helped her. Awful customer service. Some of you need to take a course in dealing with customers and being pleasant.
Scarborough Town Center used to have a legitimate Ecko Store. There is a legitimate Ecko store in Ottawa near St Laurent. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t call this a legitimate Ecko store. Ottawas store for example has at least 80% Ecko branded merchandise, whereas this store it’s the opposite. At best maybe 20% of the store is Ecko despite the store name and giant signs in the mall. Fortunately for me I hadn’t come here specifically for this store and happened to be in the area, but as the Bramalea city center is out of the way for people who live in the Toronto area, I’d advise against it if you’re coming specifically for Ecko clothes. If you look at the 3 photos I posted, they maybe have a few Ecko items, but the rest is: Puma, Champion, Pajar, Dex and other random brands. Gave two stars instead of one because the staff were at least aware of the situation and quickly advised what they didn’t have that was Ecko branded.
la Vie en Rose Outlet Trinity Common Mall is a lingerie store.
