About a month before my karate black belt grading, I tweaked something in my knee. Darrell nursed me back to health from crutches, to cane, to walking normally. He understood that a rapid recovery was my priority and he built me a treatment plan that included exercise, muscle stimulation and ultrasound. I'm happy to report that his approach worked and I'm back to karate a week before my test.
