Lansing Urgent Care - DeWitt

Appreciated the fast compassionate service. They made extra sure to take the time to answer any & all questions. Facility is clean and conveniently located by pharmacies should you need a prescription filled. Check-in process was efficient, all staff were patient and kind. No one wants to have to go to an urgent care because that likely means you are too sick to make it in to your regular doctor. However if you or a family member need a great place to go, this is it!

One of the better (best) Urgent Care experiences I've had. It was similar to the one on Cedar Street in Mason, MI. Fast, friendly & Helpful (+ Clean even in the waiting room and bathroom which is a huge deal for me). The wait times are a lot shorter than most places. My wait time yesterday was half as long as they projected so it was even better than I hoped. The medical assistant (young male) and NP or Doc(?) (young lady) were both friendly, professional & thorough. Overall good experience under the circumstances. Would definitely recommend Urgent Care in Dewitt, MI. (It's self check in. I personally like that. Said that to say this - front desk folks were super friendly too just didn't have a ton of interaction with them but don't wanna leave them out) 🤗

Great staff! I got an xray and was able to see the doctor pretty quickly. A diagnosis was made and medications were prescribed to minimize my pain.
