This urgent care is open 24/7, which is both rare and incredibly helpful. You can check in online or in person — I did it in person. The front desk woman was fantastic: so kind, efficient, and clearly on top of everything. She worked quickly but with care, and I really appreciated how smoothly she handled the process. I wish I had gotten her name. The waiting area is on the smaller side, but honestly, it did the job. Once I was called back, the nurses were all very kind, communicative, and attentive. I was seen by Makayla (I believe a nurse practitioner or physician assistant), and she was excellent. She took her time to really listen and understand what was going on, while still being efficient, which matters at an urgent care where people are constantly coming in. What stood out most to me was how much everyone seemed to genuinely care. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I left feeling heard, cared for, and even a little better, which is all you can ask for in an urgent care visit. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of attention and care I received here while visiting East Lansing. Good luck!

My medical assistant and Doctor were very pleasant and present. They listen and asked questions when needed. The doctor took her time examining and explaining what was going on concerning my condition. Before I left I had a better understanding what was going on and the next steps I should take. I felt comfortable and heard under their care. Thanks again frandor Lansing urgent Care.

I had a very easy and professional visit. My wait time was minimal and the receptionist was friendly. Mark B. took my medical history, and was professional, considerate, knowledgeable, and explained my medical issue. Ashley Anderson, my provider, was also professional and friendly and made sure I understood how the prescription she wrote would help me recover. I left Lansing Urgent Care and went directly to my pharmacy. I no sooner pulled into the pharmacy parking lot when I got the notification that my meds were ready for pick up. Overall, my visit - start to finish, was like a well-oiled machine. Awesome job!

10/13/2025 Lynn at the reception window was super professional. We had a 3 hr walk in wait. We needed an xray from a dirt bike foot injury for my son. To listen to her demeanor with patients coming in and out of the clinic was outstanding. She had polite patients to down right rude ones. She multitasked the phones, window, registration and check out. Seriously, big kudos to that woman! And I hope she gets this message. Thank you Lynn! You are amazing, not very many people could handle that job. Amy S
