Today I dropped by this location to get an iPhone battery (old model). Chuck greeted me and seemed to care that I was a customer. He was gracious to check out my phone and thought it might be the charging port. He actually went above and beyond to try to assist. He also referred me to a repair shop close by. I appreciate the fact that he gave true customer service and made me feel important. He even gave me directions to the repair shop since my phone was not functional. Go see Chuck for all your battery needs! He’s thorough and cares about service!

Extremely fast, professional, helpful, and reasonably priced. I got a battery replacement and was in and out in minutes, one gentleman did it all on his own while managing other customers as well!! Mr. Chuck IS THE MAN!

I want to say first that this is the 3rd time I have purchased here. The staff is "Polite", "Helpful", and that makes a difference to me! My battery I purchased for my Harley Davidson is still powering my bike long after the factory battery did! This new battery was for my Cub Cadet and required a different type than a Walmart battery! I hope it lasts as long!
