Massage Too hard bc I said I was sore from workouts and still not relaxing. Spa was beautiful and clean. It was empty and private which was nice. I didn’t smell any essential oils like menu described. I wanted some aromatherapy but nothing. Will not be back.

I recently visited this spa and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the facility was spotlessly clean. The 50-minute massage was relaxing, especially with the hot towels, and the eucalyptus steam room was a delightful bonus. I enjoyed my time so much that I ended up staying longer. They also offer fantastic membership packages. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat.

The Leaf spa esthetic and spa menue drew me in. I love the concept overall. Everyone was very kind. My massage therapist and treatment were awesome. Once past the front desk area the leaf spa appeal ended. The locker room and lounge area left something to be desired. I’ve been to other fairmont property spas that really lean into the spa experience. This one did not. The finishing touches were not there. I could see stuff hanging out of the storage area. The ottoman in the locker area was stained. The robes were thin and not a good universal size (too small and I am average size). The lounge area felt worn and lacking enough zen ambience (ie mood lighting, fresher appearing furniture) and the showers had halfway working attachments and not clean to my standards. The steam room and refreshing area were nice. Won’t be back to this spa.

I am so impressed by this spa! From the check-in service (Jasmina was the kindest person ever), to the welcome ritual, to the massage therapist, to the treatment, to the decor, to the products, this place is amazing! I had the Serenity Slumber Body Treatment which consisted of a massage, scrub, and scalp massage — it was the perfect rebalancing and realigning treatment. I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable Alex was of the tension in my body. I’ll leave the welcome ritual a surprise but will say that that really started my experience off on the best note.
