KellyUsually my dog Phoenix is super antsy about going to new places, but I could tell when he entered Leash Loft that he'd be well taken care of and I was right! Amara took great care and lots of hours going through Phoenix's heavily compacted coat, and I cannot understate how much happier and relaxed he is after his groom. It took a little bit, but the staff is so friendly and welcoming and they have made her feel comfortable and loved. They have shown us how much they pay attention to the dogs by sharing small stories about her with us or even what other dogs she plays with.
