UPDATE….. With a lot of back and forth with communications, a lot of the concerns were worked on. Nowhere near perfect, but better. The inoperable vehicles (and bad tags) are still a huge issue. Would be amazing to rid the parking lot of them to make room for those who are legal. I believe Dan has tried his best under the circumstances to do right by our concerns. After almost a month, we were finally able to move their furniture in and it’s looking more like a home. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and empty promises that were made to my daughter who is moving into her first place. The property is not kept up, inoperable vehicles being allowed to take up space in an already small complex. Over sized vehicles creating safety and access concerns and making it difficult to maneuver into/out of your own spots. Garbage overflowing posing health and sanitary risks, neglected landscape and general upkeep that makes the property unwelcoming, and more. Not sure if it’s the management within this company or the owner(s) of the complex but it is NOT OK and NOT fair. This unit is on the verge of uninhabitable and the lease agreements clearly aren't followed or enforced. This is not acceptable nor fair to residents who are paying for a safe, clean, and livable community.

Recently moved in and had issues with my water heater the thermostat was reset but went out again hours later. Aaron replace both thermostats the next day and made sure it was good to go. Appreciate the maintenance team and also the appliance tech who made sure my dryer and fridge were in perfect working order at my move in and they were replaced. Maintenance team have been communicative and awesome.

I had a recent experience with Kaye and Patti for some customer service support regarding the utility bills at Carriage Estates. They were both SO kind and beautiful how they helped me. Both were very understanding of my concerns and really took the time to listen to me. I just want to thank them so much for all their help!
