Century Ridge Property: My Family and I have lived at Century Ridge for about 6 years and honestly the Property Manager has been amazing throughout the years. The facility is always clean, side walks and walk ways are always clean during the winter. Notices on upcoming maintenance are posted in visible areas and also delivered at your door step. They are always accessible and helpful. Our season in Century Ridge has ended, else we would have continued to live there. If you’re considering living here I would recommend it. The neighbours as also friendly.

I have been a real estate agent for over 21 years and have never been more frustrated trying to obtain condominium documents in my entire career. Absolutely ridiculous service and response times. If you are thinking of engaging with them in the property management space, don’t. If you are currently managed by them then I think it is important to know how they run their business. They do not have a 2 start google rating for unjust reasons.

Edit since original post 10 days ago: Laidley does not care about it's customers. My condo condition removal took an additional 4 days because they fail to check email or call back phone messages. My lawyer requested required additional documents for closing the deal on the day conditions came off 10 days ago and did not receive them until this morning after repeated calls. My lawyer says it is always like this with Laidley. So terrible. +++++++++ Original post: Not sure what else to do here. My condo sale is pending. I requested condo documents, which is a condition of the sale, 10 days ago. I got a reply that they got my email request. I left a voice message with Nancy on day 3 because they had not even accepted my e-transfer yet just asking if they had received it. No response. I left another voice message with Nancy on day 8. No response and I called and left w direct message with reception yesterday on day 9 as the people may want to back out of the deal since they don't have the docs. She said she would deliver the message to Nancy personally. My etransfer still has not been accepted yet. I've owned and sold a couple of condos and it never takes this long. But to take this long while refusing to communicate with me is huge. I'm stressed, and anxious because of Laidley.
