What an amazing treat to visit Liberty Belle Hats. You will not get a bigger choice for shape, size or colour. Never needed before, so all the advice welcomed to help me choose. Came away so happy with my choice after trying on loads. Looking forward to my son’s Wedding now. Cannot fault my experience.

I had an appointment at Liberty Belle Hats today and it was an outstanding experience from the moment I walked through the door. Katherine made me feel very at ease and had made herself aware of my needs from previous emails so that no time was wasted. She presented me with a range of hats to try on, listened to my comments and responded accordingly. She was patient while I dithered and offered solutions to ensure that I had the best hat to match my mother of the bride outfit. She even facilitated video calls to my daughters so that I could gain their opinions. Nothing was too much and the customer service was exemplary. As for the hats, they are of high quality and in abundance. I left feeling on top of the world and knowing that I will be wearing a stunning hat in a few week's time.

If you’re in need of a beautiful hat no matter what colour you require look no further! I’ve never seen so many hats wonderfully displayed in a charming self contained outbuilding next to her home. Katherine was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose the hat to finish off my wedding outfit. She’s even trying to source a hat I loved in the colour I require so is going above and beyond in her customer service! I’m even being able to collect the hat from her mother who lives in my home town Wymondham. So very convenient. Many thanks Katherine 😊
