Get texts from Lipsey Logistics all the time and don't even know who they are or how they got my number. Try to call the numbers back to get them to stop and they are all robodialers that beg you to download their app and hang up on you. Then I come here and read the other reviews and it looks like they're even worse to the people that actually do business with them. Please respond to this and let me know how to end the robodialers. Or write a paragraph making it look like you do good business; I bet I know which option you'll choose.

Lipsey called last minute requesting help covering a load that they and another broker had. I thought lipsey would have been a better broker but I was wrong!! My driver activated the macro point before pickup and lipsey even though have 3 tracking teams emailing me about the load never mentioned that tracking didn’t activate correctly so we thought nothing of it until a week later they send us an updated rate con with a $450 fee!! For absolutely nothing that we did wrong it was lipsey who failed to inform us that they didn’t see it working correctly. On top of that they tried to fine us another $450 because they also failed to inform us that they are not seeing our emails coming in even though we have emailed them our documents right after delivery. You will get charged even if you try to follow the instructions. You’ve been warned. We will fine a claim against them since we see this is an ongoing issue as everyone sees in the reviews. Very unprofessional. Never seen a broker with so many excuses. And such a low review. You’ve been warned don’t need my review to see it. Broker of the year. Tough times I guess to have to steal from drivers that are barely getting by

These guys are crooks, got short payed $250 on a $1000 load because we where "late for a delivery" Before driver arrived to the shipper I gave the broker a heads up that we will deliver a load Monday morning (rate confirmation showed Sunday) these are U haul boxes and are very flexible, even though I told the broker we wont be able to deliver Sunday and would have to deliver Monday about 2 hours before my driver got loaded, they still decided to take 25% away from my load. Definitely do not recommend doing any type of business with them. EDIT: Love the response from the broker how RC showed "Sunday delivery" If he read through my whole review he would see that I told the broker before booking the load we would deliver it on Monday, and still got fined, I saw these guys reviews on DAT and there are a bunch of people complaining about getting fined by these crooks for similar situations.
