Customer experiences
Delicious food, good quality. Would go again and the staff were very friendly and attentive explaining the menu and the story of the restaurant. Anne was especially sharp, making sure the plates were cleared quickly in each round of our meals. I did put down that it was a birthday in their "any special occasions box" when I booked so I hoped there was a reason a box like that existed but nothing happened. It's not really a complaint, just something I noticed. Everything else was on point! Definitely worth being called a locals secret favourite spot.
Our first night in London and it was my birthday. We chose The Shed for a late night dinner, and it was incredible. Unique meals crafted from fresh interesting ingredients. Every dish was delicious. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was wonderfully cozy and rustic. Highly recommend for anyone interested in expanding their palate. It's also a lovely spot for a special occasion or romantic evening.
The food here is creative, fresh, and delicious. Anyone who has something to say about British cuisine should come here first!! This restaurant has the feel of an elegant garden shed that has been renovated. It went well with the cuisine and was cosy and welcoming. This location is a hidden gem. The site quickly captures your attention from the outside, with its exterior seating and lights. The decor is quite classy but with a unique touch. All the dishes were amazing, and the staff and service are really friendly and sweet; highly recommended! 👍
The food here is creative, fresh and completely delicious. Anyone that has anything to say about British food should come here first. Our mains were the beef and the venison which were tender and flavourful, although my unexpected favourite was the Jerusalem artichoke tart. The service was attentive and friendly (I quite like the staff uniforms. They go well with the theme!). The atmosphere really felt like a converted aesthetic garden shed. It’s was warm and inviting, and complemented the food. Highly recommended!
