I acquired about rentals available and was asked to submit my ID and then nothing. I don’t know if you screen or profile but it was unprofessional to just stop communication all together when I was supposed to go view the apartment. I am brown not ignorant.

Seeing some of these other bad reviews really shock me and are hard to believe (fake reviews ? Who knows). Susan is the best, most fair , honest , punctual , communicative landlord I’ve ever had . Her and Rich were always there when something needed to be fixed , and I cannot recommend them enough . She helped me move from out of state to South Carolina and made the whole process seamless. I just recently moved back to Florida and I wish they managed properties down here so I can keep dealing with them cause they’ve never let me down. 5 stars all the way .
