I acquired about rentals available and was asked to submit my ID and then nothing. I don’t know if you screen or profile but it was unprofessional to just stop communication all together when I was supposed to go view the apartment. I am brown not ignorant.

Seeing some of these other bad reviews really shock me and are hard to believe (fake reviews ? Who knows). Susan is the best, most fair , honest , punctual , communicative landlord I’ve ever had . Her and Rich were always there when something needed to be fixed , and I cannot recommend them enough . She helped me move from out of state to South Carolina and made the whole process seamless. I just recently moved back to Florida and I wish they managed properties down here so I can keep dealing with them cause they’ve never let me down. 5 stars all the way .

I live out of state and own property in Myrtle Beach. Frank Ciraulo is the best!!! I trust him to take care of my property and the needs of the tenants. First, he put me at ease by finding the "right-fit" for my home because he really does his homework via the background checks. He is always on top of the needs of the tenants. He has handled issues right away. Anytime the tenants called about a leaky sink or toilet, Frank called me immediately. He has access to plumbers and contractors who have resolved the issues within 24 every time. He does not overcharge for his service or repairs. Frank is fair and friendly.
