I don't know where to start.. give a minus review I would so I'm just going to give it a one star but the lack of care is subpar to say the least. They don't have a kitchen anymore and are working out of a pop-up kitchen. So they're rationing the veterans food. Which is terrible. Barely even edible. There is a bad covid outbreak right now and they're putting positive patients in the same room as negative patients and are keeping them closed in their rooms. The ventilation system is not working properly or intermittently so there's not proper air flow. The response time with the nurses and staff is extremely slow. As a taxpayer as someone who thinks our veterans need to be taken care of, this is appalling. What is our money going to this is America. You got to be kidding me.

Building 14 Prostetics Lab personnel are the example on how to deal with veterans. Professional and friendly in person and over the phone.

Very welcoming. Easy to schedule an appointment. Very nice staff and volunteers. Guest wifi and coffee served... I prefer coming here over the main VA on Green St.
