The day arrived, my fridge was completely defrosted and ready for him, and he ghosted me. I texted that day, asking if he was still coming… no response. I do feel bad leaving a one star review, and I hope everything’s okay with Nate, but I didn’t appreciate being left without a fridge all week as I waited for a different repair company to fit us into their schedule.
