Fine service from the technician. Did not speak english but was trying to be helpful using google translate. Horrible management that does not disclose diagnostic issue. Tried to charge $330 for the repair, of which at the time of writing this review, still don’t know what the diagnostic was. I was supposed to receive a call from Maria to help explain and was told the diagnostic will be on the receipt and was still never told what the issue with the appliance was. Was never called. This company needs to make sure they send someone who speaks the language of the client and have more transparency as it comes to warranty, pricing, and diagnostics. The idea is to charge $100 to bring someone out there, have a lot of confusion around the actually diagnosis with a high price for fixing, and whether you go for it or not they will make money. The actual repair took less than 5 minutes and required zero additional parts. $330 initial price, did come down to $270 with tax because overcharged in the first place… Don’t know what was wrong and or if we paid correct value. I would go with someone else.

Yslan was very courteous and informative. Let us know what the problem was. He said he would return in 3 days to fix the washer and they called the next day to schedule for that same day. It was surprisingly quick. Would highly recommend this company.
