Customer experiences
I’ve had two incredibly frustrating experiences at Lost and Found Yoga, and I will never be returning. I’ll also be warning others not to waste their time or money here. This place is completely money-hungry and shows zero care or flexibility for their clients. First, I had a 6pm class and due to an unexpected lane closure on the highway, I walked in right at 6:00pm. The class had just started — the instructor was still talking, not even into the workout yet — and I politely asked to join. One of the front desk staff even agreed I arrived exactly on time and said she would’ve let me in, but her supervisor refused. I asked if they could at least refund me since I was there on time and it was out of my control — but again, no flexibility, no customer service, just a flat-out “no.” Then, more recently, I called to ask if I could get a credit for a class I had booked since I was extremely sick and unable to attend. Once again, they refused to do anything and basically told me I’d just lose the $40. After doing their intro reformer program and purchasing a 10-class pack, I’m so disappointed in how I’ve been treated. This is not how you run a business — no compassion, no exceptions, just a clear priority on making money over supporting loyal customers. Never again.
Stepping into Lost 'n Found Yoga for my first Reformer Pilates class, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But from the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere put me at ease. The space itself had a calm energy, and the instructors were approachable and encouraging, making it easy to settle in. The pace of the class was just right—challenging enough to engage my muscles, but slow enough to truly grasp the movements and technique. I appreciated how the instructor guided us through each exercise with clarity, ensuring that even as a beginner, I felt confident on the Reformer. By the end of the session, I left feeling stronger, stretched, and excited for the next class in my five-session journey. Would you like me to add anything about specific movements or highlights from the class?
Been coming here 2 years almost! I love all their different classes. I've attended physio, reformer pilates, matt pilates, yoga and hott yoga classes. I've never had a class disappoint. With so many different instructors with different teaching styles and classes at an array of times there is always something new to keep my interest. The community here is 10/10 and there is something for someone of every level. Each instructor and staff member offers wonderful support and is so friendly. You never feel out of place here. This place is the vibe of you are group class lover.
I started my fitness journey at Lost n Found about 8 months ago and love all the classes I’ve attended – my favourites are Pilates & Weights and Inferno Pilates (with Jasmyn). The classes are challenging yet fun and work muscles I didn’t know I had. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly, and the studio is clean and welcoming.
