Ken HuntI am writing this review to thank our delivery man "Ramon" for his excellent service and professional attitude. Following the failure of the first delivery attempt by a different (angry) driver and the less than pleasant attitude received from the office clerk we called to complain to, Ramon delivered our product several days later and verified that our product was not damaged. He personified what I would have expected from a quality delivery service or any business around since the 1950's.
Sherrilynn HuntRude, unprofessional office clerk. Delivery guy Could not deliver crate the day of delivery. Because he couldn’t unload it by himself with the bottom pieces broken off of the crate due to how it was loaded on the truck. Was supposed to go make a delivery so he could get crate off. Never came back nor called to let us know he wasn’t able to “still unload it. I called delivery guy, he did not answer his phone. Called office to find out what the deal was clerk same one as this morning answers on a speaker (very difficult to hear) places you on hold comes back with a brief reply and hangs up before any other questions could be asked. “Supposedly warehouse guy loaded crate wrong. Broke all the support beams off of crate. Crate fell off of pallet during transporting. Hopefully my “Dream Box” will be okay if it actually gets delivered today. As I had to call, the company as no one called to schedule delivery or to make certain that someone would be home to receive the crate. I would not have given a star. This would have been a “Negative stars. Until the office clerk and others are either retrained or replaced I would recommend finding a different company. Totally horrible and unsatisfactory service.
Terry SwimIf I could give a zero I would. Ordered a TV for football playoffs on Christmas- Macs received it 1/3/19 my delivery was scheduled for 1/4/19. In the beginning of the call, the lady told me it would be delivered this afternoon Friday 1/4/19. Then, she said they wouldn’t be delivering until Monday - after pleading for help, the lady refused to give me her name. I said cancel the delivery and she hung up on me after claiming they weren’t at fault for the failure. Bad bad bad customer service
