Do lots of commercial construction loans with this bank, they close fast and support the project very well throughout enabling me to finish projects sooner than expected and under budget. Jean McDonnell is a great loan representative, and helps complete projects from acquiring the loan until people are moving into the new construction.

This is one of the worse bank i have even been in. Customer service from their staff are terrible you walk in and they don't even greet you with a Hello! And when making a deposit in cash depends on who is there they count slowly instead of using the machine and take forever. I will be closing my account soon and go to a different bank.

I have had multiple problems with the online app.For the past 3 years. I consistently get kicked out of the app. And it is so irritating and I'm contemplating closing my account with them. The app does not even allow me to view my transactions and statements its difficult to even get my available balance on a consistent basis this is the worst bank app. I've ever had. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. The app needs a serious revamping and needs to be updated and revised. I've continously have tried to give this bank chance after chance and I'm still very completely unsatisfied with this service. Do Not bank with them for you will regret it.

This is the second time I have had issues trying to log into my account. The first time I spent 4 hours on the phone. For the first 3 they told me it was my computer. I went on my other computer and it was the same issue. Finally they changed something and I was able to get in. This Saturday same issue they are unable to fix it and said we are going home call us back Monday after an hour on and off hold.
