I had a 12.20 appointment Monday 6th of March I got there and it had not been put down they found it at 5pm after I kicked off I know who booked it they should be sacked this is how deaths happen

The receptionist sit and talk amongst themselves ignoring the phone , they are so rude , they should get new peopleto do there jobs cos they are incompetent.The doctors are all lovely but need to take on new receptionist
