While he may not know it, Brandon is my favorite insurance agent. Since starting with him a few years ago, he helped straighten out a mess of a home policy that a previous agent paid no attention to. I know he’s always on the lookout for what’s best for us, and lets us know of substantial changes before the insurance company gets their communication out. If I need something insurance related, Brandon is there to help; if not him, he knows who can.

I've used an agent here for the last 7 years and never had issues but the last two years it is impossible to get a hold of or any help. There is too many issues with their account system for their own insurance policy for homeowners
