Everything and customer service was excellent. Only issue was the spa tub hot and cold valves leaked, couldn't turn them off fully and shower change pull fell off. We let management know. The reservation reps were very kind and helpful. The sunset from the outdoor area by Soap Lake was beautiful. Bed is comfortable and all kitchen supplies needed we're in place.

What an incredible place.. We were here a short stay but will absolutely be coming back. The saunas and hot tubs are 24hrs, the grounds are beautifully kept and thank you to the manager, Lawrence, for teaching us of the rich history. We came over the pass during the first snow so yes, it is cold but with all these amenities it is the perfect "winter" get away.. Can't imagine it during Summer! 10 stars!

Just booked this location for a school overnight trip. We had 19 families traveling together and the hotel staff were incredible at helping us plan and organize everything. They even helped organize our entire dinner which was catered from local restaurants. The bonfire on the beach was enjoyed by everyone. Really great location for a large group since there are so many room options.

Everything was great except our filthy bathroom! Feces all over inside the toilet. But other than that my family and I loved it here. The beds were very comfy and the hot tubs were amazing. The grounds were so pretty and even better at night all lit up. Chair swings and huge fire pits made the nights even better. Having the natural spring water piped hot to our rooms was amazing once I myself scrubbed that bathroom and toilet until I knew it was very clean! They definitely need better house keeping!!
