Check-in: is 30mins before your appointment. It was easy to check in and be seated right away. I arrived about 45mins early. Atmosphere: in the waiting area there’s no shoes allowed. There’s cubbies for your shoes and lockers. It’s relaxing, soft music, dim lights, comfy leather couches and magazines. There’s no phone usage in the back waiting area. Service: OLYMPUS SPA FACIAL $185 | 90 min. Kiah (I hope I’m spelling it right, if not please let me know)! This was my first facial. She explained everything, let me know what she was going to do, made sure I was comfortable. Those 90mins flew by but in a good way. All of the products she used smelled and felt lovely. I don’t think I’ve ever felt this relaxed in my life. That was the total reset my body needed. After she finished, I came out to blueberry juice! I’m already thinking about my next service and will schedule soon. Accessories & merchandise: skin care, shirts, hoodies, candles and more. Parking: There’s a parking lot with more than enough parking. Thank you for a wonderful pre-birthday facial!

I went with a close friend for my first time there. It was awesome! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the spa itself was wonderful. There are several hot tubs at different temp levels, all with really good jets. There is one for cold plunging with a lovely waterfall. Steam and dry sauna are also available. The spa also has a separate dry heat area with different rooms for different effects and temps. It's all thoughtfully set up for total relaxation and comfort. We stayed for five hours and enjoyed every relaxing minute. We also had lunch in the on-site Korean restaurant (in our robes!), which was filling and delicious with lots of extras included I had never eaten before. No phones or other devices are allowed in the spa; you're there to release yourself from all outside pressures and stress....mission accomplished! It was a superb experience in self care, something I had never tried before, but will be back again for sure. There's not a woman I know who can't benefit from a day pass at Olympus Spa. My soul was rejuvenated, my cluttered mind cleared, and my spirit calmed. Thank you.

This place is wonderful. I've been going here for years. The heated rooms and the hot and cold pools are divine. And the restaurant has so many yummy eats! However, it's getting more and more expensive. I get it with the cost of the times! But it used to be that a day pass was only $35 and the day pass cost was included in services. Now, the day pass is $53 and NOT included in services. They also used to have have punch cards where you could get a discounted (or maybe it was free) entrance after so many visits which was added incentive to go. As a middle income, single parent, it makes this almost too indulgent for me to do more than once a year. BUT, I highly recommend for any woman who's ever considered it!!
