Location is great with shops close by and New Orleans a short drive away. A couple of unexpected guests on first day (roaches) but didnt see them after. Weed smell was strong some of the days. Worst part was it was like having curtains for walls. I heard personal conversations I had no business hearing on one side, woman singing on the other, footsteps on top, and heard everything and everyone passing by. Staff was friendly. Room was not quite as pictured but it was modern and nice overall. Would have rated higher if it weren't for paper thin walls

Very nice people very understanding and willing to work with you ...I've personally seen staff go out there way in helping folks ..they would all make great managers at apartment complexs

Rooms were better than expected. A lot of shady activities are going on, but if you mind your business, then you will be fine. Watch the guest you bring over because the staff are not too fond of the local people in the area. If you are out of town you will like it. You can tell they are trying to fix the past issues this place was known for years ago. Don't expect a lot of service because they treat this like an apartment. All they do is change your sheets once a week. You have to maintain your room yourself. Staff will tell you all of these things at check-in. When you stay for over a week, make sure you have your pots and pans extra blankets and toilet paper, and you will be fine.
