I'm still part of the family of Morgans Estate Agents MK and enjoying how professional and customer centred they are. Recently I locked myself out of the house with all spare keys inside the house. I spoke to Sue and she was sympathetic and so prompt in helping us during that situation. She was so warm and friendly and kept asking if we were okay together with my lil one. She is such a lovely woman. Besides this Morgans have always been so professional from the time we got the house. Thank you so much.

Ive rented with them for 3 years and can honestly say they are so customer focused, quick to respond have a process for everthing and use technology (like docisign) where they can to make the experience effort less great company would defo rent with them again !

So far so good. Morgans have proven to be what I think a property agent should be.. They support both the tenant and the landlord in equal measure. They are friendly and flexible. We found a few small things that needed fixing when we moved in, such as blinds and exterior lights, and they had a contractor contact us quickly to resolve them all. The contractor is also very good. I've used 3 other Milton Keynes rental agencies before and had bad experiences with all of them. I get nothing of the money hungry feeling from Morgans that I did from the others.
