The staff at this clinic are some of the best people you’ll ever meet. They’ve all taken the absolute best care of my husband while he was there and they’ve always made me feel welcome as a visitor. I can’t say enough good things about them. Hubby gets a new kidney tomorrow and the only bummer about it is we won’t get to hang with our friends at dialysis anymore. If you have to do treatments I highly recommend this center.

My first visit to this facility was on November 14, 2025. I was very impressed. Check-in/registration was easy and the lady at the reception desk was very sweet and efficient. My technician, Ashley (I really hope I remembered her name correctly) was sympathetic to the fact that I was a new widow and asked about my husband throughout the exam. It kept my mind off a somewhat embarrassing exam and also gave me a chance to share a few sweet remembrances of him. She even said, "We honor them by talking about them." I appreciated that extra touch of empathy to my situation.

The whole team doing my procedure was absolutely amazing. They all took the time to explain everything. I was very upset, not about the procedure, but my mom had just passed a little over a week before and she was always there for anything medical. Everyone was so kind and kept asking if I was ok or if I needed anything. The ultrasound tech (I hope that is her job description) held my hand the whole time to make sure I knew someone was with me. The dr made sure I wasn’t in any pain or discomfort, and made sure everything was 100% sterile (as a nurse myself that was very important).
