10/10 excellent care! came into the ED and everyone from the unit clerk, valet staff, patient care tech, paramedic, nurses, imaging, evs, and the providers were over the top amazing! The place was extremely clean and Everyone was very thorough and attentive not to mention I was seen immediately upon check in! I was very nervous and in severe pain upon arrival and feel like the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of! Even as someone with small veins my nurse Sara got it first try and it did not hurt one bit and everyone was very kind and reassuring! My pain was managed immediately in triage and I was checked on every couple of minutes by everyone apart of my care team, I was very informed of my care throughout my stay and my discharge education was excellent the staff was very welcoming and I would recommend anyone to come here!

I was transported for gall bladder, pancreas, and stomach issues from my local hospital. The nurses and doctors were above and beyond wonderful. They always made sure I was ok and comfortable. The doctors were very thorough. The nurses helped out and took great care of me. I was admitted Tuesday- 2/17 and discharged Friday- 2/20.

I had the most amazing experience when I went for a MRI yesterday. Anthony P, who was running the valet, was such a blessing to me. I think he could tell I was anxious and he told me that when prayer goes up, blessings come down. He was my blessing. God bless you, Anthony. Also, Cody did my MRI. He was also extremely kind and made me feel comfortable.
