My mother had a great experience with Georgetown University Hospital. Everyone from Dr. Kevin Park to all the nurses and techs were amazing in taking care of my mother. They treated her with such compassion, dignity and respect. The orthopedic department at GUH is top notch; her aftercare had been nothing by amazing too. Thank you Dr. Park and orthopedic GUH team.

Haven’t been to the PHC building in years, and I have to say the place has improved a lot. The difference is day and night. Parking is excellent and affordable. Everything is extremely organized before, during, and after the visit. The staff members are pleasant across the board, and the space is very clean and modern. GUH always had top physicians, but everything else used to feel like a mess. The building is still a maze and they still rely on hand-written paperwork even if you prefilled everything online and have a complete MedStar medical profile. I guess you can’t have everything. Overall, it is a remarkable improvement compared to past years.

I was there for 11 days. Because I had problems before, they tr eated me bad. The night nurse he was mean pointed his finger in my face arrogant. Calling them they hung up. Its like a dormitory on 6C. Calling them two techs cleaning pillows for hours not answering. They talk about people. They get cursed out a lot. They need that floor revamped. New manager. They told me never come back. Food service wonderful, housekeeping wonderful. Sat in that room a week before I could see basic television stations missed all the games. Now have to have surgery sent me home dirty, smelling like urine. No hot water. Seems like Medicaid patients get sent to old hospital. CT scan was professional. Er was amazing. Scared to come back for fear of dying. If I come back for surgery hope not that floor. Not like it use to be.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive from the moment I walked in. The check-in process was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. The facility was clean, organized, and well-run.
