Despite never having met in person at that point, Jeremy's transparency and professionalism gave me the confidence to finalize the deal remotely. Unfortunately, the specific vehicle I had chosen was sold to another customer. However, John Hart, Jeremy's supervisor, stepped in and went above and beyond—he offered me another vehicle with even better accessories at an unbeatable price. I genuinely appreciate that level of service and flexibility. As a first-time car buyer, I was naturally cautious—especially given the stories I had heard about hidden fees and pushy dealerships. I initially reached out to several other dealers, assuming that the Manhattan location would be the most expensive. To my surprise, Mercedes-Benz Manhattan was the most transparent and competitively priced. Every other dealer tried to include a $1,095 acquisition fee, which Mercedes-Benz Manhattan did not charge. There were no hidden costs—just honest, straightforward communication. My wife and I had an amazing experience, and we are truly thankful to both Jeremy Perez and John Hart for making our first car purchase such a memorable one. Because of this incredible experience, I already know I’ll be coming back in 36 months to lease or purchase my next car—without hesitation. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Mercedes to go straight to Mercedes-Benz Manhattan. You’ll save time, avoid the hassle, and be treated with the respect every customer deserves. P.S. If you choose to pay by credit card, be aware that their finance department charges an additional 3% fee, which was not communicated upfront. You can avoid this charge by using a debit card instead.

Absolutely disgraceful experience at Mercedes-Benz Manhattan. Here are the facts: • I purchased a brand new GLC 300, and just 8 days later, it had a 12V battery issue. Completely unacceptable for a luxury vehicle. • I brought the car in for service and was promised a loaner vehicle. That never happened. • I was told to “wait for someone”—then another person, and another. No clear answer, no accountability. Just pure chaos. • I waited an entire afternoon, then was told to come back the next day. • I came back, waited for 6 more hours, and still got nothing. • When they finally offered a ride home, they told me it couldn’t cost more than $60. In NYC, that’s a joke. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced with any company, let alone a premium brand like Mercedes-Benz. The staff showed zero professionalism, zero urgency, and zero respect for my time. If this is how they treat someone who just bought a brand new car, I can only imagine how they treat others. Stay away from this dealership. They do not deserve to carry the Mercedes-Benz name
