I have had a lot of my images done in this Particular hospital. Always been very satisfied. I would Rate it a five. If he had not been for this particular issues that arise. I was scheduled for an MRI. They rescheduling My appointment three times. When I finally arrived on the third rescheduled of my MRI Appointment. Having to Wait in the waiting room to be seen, and then called in for prep. The tech asked for the name brand of defibrillator. When I gave him the brand name, he apologized and said sorry I am not able to do the MRI. We do not See patients wish have that particular name brand. (BioTronic) Long story short, I feel the Appointment schedulers need to be aware of asking the patient, for the name brand of defibrillators are pacemakers. I live out of town, and traveled an hour to get to this particular appointment. To be advised they are unable to take care of my radiology appointment. Hopefully, this will be a learning experience for the future training of Appointment Schedulers. Besides all this, you have a great caring staff.
I recently had a Mammogram at Methodist Hospital in Jourdanton. The Mammographer (KIM) is AWESOME! SWEET, KIND, RESPECTFUL, CARING VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! She explained everything single step, as she went along. THANK YOU KIM, for making this procedure easy!
I felt welcomed. I was treated so nice and polite. Everyone treated me the best especially the people who did my test , bone density and ultra sound and pulmonary function test . These people were the best . I felted so welcomed and was treated very well. Excellent People
