My family and I visited Michael Hill at Pickering Town Centre in search of a 925 sterling silver chain, and we had a great experience. Matthew provided excellent customer service—he patiently showed us a variety of options and took the extra step of consulting with his manager to offer us the best possible price. His friendly and welcoming attitude made the entire shopping experience pleasant and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I have been to many jewelry franchises in the past, but none have given me the level of warmth and kindness that this establishment has! My first time wandering into this location, I had no idea what I wanted... all I knew at the time was that I needed earrings for my partner. Angie was a delight and helped me find exactly what I needed, kept within my budget, and even gave me several options!! She clearly knows what she's talking about and is well educated! Recently, I decided to come back to this establishment (this time knowing exactly what I wanted). Matt was a gem, assisted me through my several visits back-and-forth. After finally purchasing my earrings, he informed me that my order will arrive after 2 days; however, to my pleasant surprise, Matt came through and informed me that my earrings were ready for pick-up a day earlier than expected! I am over the moon with my new earrings, and I have Matt to thank for that! Him and his team work splendidly together; they are a dream team! My partner loved his jewelry, as do I with my earrings! I am extremely satisfied with my previous purchases and will definitely be coming back for more!

Store Manager Olivia has always made me feel welcome. Very accommodating. I have been to other Michael Hill locations and some staff wouldn’t even bother to offer assistance, sizing you up etc. Matthew was also very friendly. Amazing job!
